What is lymphatic massage?
Your lymphatic system is the body's drainage network—it carries away excess fluid and waste from your tissues to keep everything flowing and healthy. But unlike your blood, which has the heart to pump it, lymph relies entirely on movement and muscle action to keep moving. When it slows down, fluid can build up, leaving you feeling puffy, heavy, or swollen. Lymphatic massage uses very light, slow, rhythmic strokes to gently encourage that natural flow, helping the body release what it's holding onto and leaving you feeling noticeably lighter.
Who benefits most?
This treatment is especially helpful if you struggle with puffiness or fluid retention, feel heavy or swollen in the legs and ankles, or simply want a soothing, low-intensity treatment during a stressful stretch or while your body is recovering and run-down.
What it feels like:
If you're expecting a firm, deep massage, this is the opposite — and that's the point. The strokes are feather-light and incredibly soothing, almost meditative. Many clients find it one of the most calming experiences on our menu.
Good to know:
Because it's so gentle, lymphatic massage is an excellent choice for anyone who finds firm pressure too much, or whose body simply needs something light and restorative right now. Drinking water afterward helps support the process.
